These terms govern your use of stakedices.com (the "Site") and any purchase of the StakeDices strategy (the "Product"). By using the Site or buying the Product you agree to them.
1. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old (or the legal gambling age where you live, if higher) and legally allowed to gamble online in your jurisdiction. You are responsible for checking the laws that apply to you and the terms of any casino you use.
2. What the Product is
The Product is educational digital content: strategy settings, tutorials, spreadsheets and calculators for Stake dice. StakeDices does not operate a casino, does not accept bets, does not hold your funds and never needs access to your casino account. StakeDices is not affiliated with Stake.com.
3. No guarantee of results
Gambling involves risk of loss. Casino games have a house edge and no strategy can guarantee profit. Results shown on our streams or Site are examples from specific sessions and do not predict your results. You are solely responsible for your gambling decisions and any money you wager.
4. Licence
When you buy, we grant you a personal, non-transferable, non-exclusive licence to use the Product for your own play. You may not resell, share, publish or redistribute the Product or your account access. We may suspend access if we detect sharing.
5. Plans and payments
- Basic and VIP: both are monthly subscriptions, billed every month until cancelled. You can switch plans or cancel at any time from My account; after cancelling, access continues until the end of the paid period.
- Payments are processed by Stripe. Prices are shown in US dollars and may exclude taxes where applicable.
Refunds are covered by our refund policy.
6. Acceptable use
Do not misuse the Site, attempt to access accounts or areas you are not authorised to, or interfere with its operation.
7. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, StakeDices is not liable for any gambling losses or for indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from your use of the Site or Product. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.
8. Changes
We may update these terms. The "last updated" date shows the current version. Continued use after changes means you accept them.
